If you have a written agreement with a Chambers or organisation in the case that you are instructing me on, please disregard the information on this page.  The agreement with Chambers/the organisation will stand in place of the information here.

For Solicitors

Please be aware that the Standard Terms and Conditions below apply, unless and only unless an express agreement in the alternative is reached and evidenced in writing signed by the solicitor and myself before the commencement of any work under the revised terms.

These terms are identical to the terms currently available on the Bar Standards Board website.  These Terms and Conditions also appear at Annex T to the Bar Code of Conduct and can be found here.

For Members of the Public

All terms and conditions are outlined in the Client Care Letter that you are sent before you decide to instruct me.

These terms and conditions are set out in a clear and simple manner so that you understand everything you are agreeing to.

If you have any questions about any of the terms or conditions, you can ask for clarification and it will be provided as swiftly and fully as possible.

If you have any questions, or would like to speak to someone for more information about this, you can call 0333 577 5450.
